Purpose
- The Contract Manager Supply Chain Operations provides Contract management support throughout the procurement and supply chain lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and effective contract execution in support of operational activities. The role works closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Brownfield teams.
Responsibilities
- You provide contractual support to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams during pre-award and post-award phases and the contract lifecycle.
- You review, negotiate, and implement contractual terms and conditions in accordance with company policies and risk management principles.
- You support dispute resolution, change management, claims management, and contract close-out activities.
Education
- Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines (Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying).
Experience
- Proven experience in contract management and/or procurement, supply chain, and subcontract management environments, either on the client, contractor, or supplier side.
- Demonstrated experience in both pre-award activities (tendering, negotiation, contract formation) and post-award contract administration.
- Previous experience within the energy sector, preferably oil and gas, EPC, operations, or maintenance environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of contractual risk allocation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
