Purpose
- You are responsible, within the Quality Discipline, to support the SBM Target Excellence ambition.
- You, with the discipline, are the focal point for Systems and Assurance in the Organization. You participate in leading the activities related to Systems and Assurance to provide effective support to the Company.
Responsibilities
- You monitor compliance with the Company Management System Assurance Plan.
- You conduct independent Internal Audits and/or investigations.
- You report monthly on the KPIs related to the Systems and Assurance activities for the Company, including trend analysis.
- You expedite follow-up and closure of all Audit-related Corrective Actions and Recommendations for Improvement.
- You assist in the preparation of the Management Review, gather all inputs, and follow up on actions.
- You assist in maintaining the Company’s ISO 9001 certification.
- You assist in the preparation of the certification audits and support the business units during the certification audit.
- You develop and conduct training related to Systems and Assurance activities.
- You develop and improve Company Systems and Assurance processes and tools.
Education
- Bachelor / Masters in Engineering, Science, or in Quality related discipline.
- IRCA Lead Auditor's Qualification.
- Tap Root investigator.
Experience
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in Oil and Gas industry in Quality function.
- Minimum 5 yearsâ Project and/or Operations Experience with good understanding of Project/Operations Management Fundamentals, lifecycle and assurance processes.
