Purpose

  • As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, driving online engagement and brand awareness. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and website management. You will leverage your expertise in digital platforms and technologies to optimize performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • As a Digital Content Specialist, you are for
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Directing all aspects of campaign implementation including, launch, promotion, and moderation
  • Creating, curating and scheduling engaging content for digital channels, including social media planning and automation where possible
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital efforts
  • Managing the company website, enhancing its user experience, and overall maintenance including content management and performance
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic
  • Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for optimization

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience

  • 3 years in digital marketing focused on communications
