Purpose

  • As a Digital Solution Lead, you oversee the design, development, and implementation but also manage the RUN phase of 1 Digital Solution to drive business innovation and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams in creating cutting-edge digital products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Evaluate and integrate new technologies, manage project timelines and budgets, and provide strategic direction to enhance the organization's digital capabilities. In some circumstances, you will supervise Digital Solution Engineer who will provide you the technical discipline needed to support you and the Business on the development of the required Digital Solutions for the Business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT Solutions Architects and Project Managers to understand functional and technical requirements for digital solutions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation for digital solutions, including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation and integration of digital solutions within the existing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to digital solutions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations or provide the right documentation to support the end-user on how to fix this issue.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and operation of digital solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of digital solutions and implement necessary improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of digital solutions to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of digital solutions with the support of the Business Rep.

Education

  • Master's degree in the technical discipline linked to the Digital Solution that you will work on. Knowledge or Understanding of Agile methodologies, or time series is a plus. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, Digital solutions, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a Technical discipline. Proven experience in developing and managing digital solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategy.
