Job description:

 

As Diversity & Inclusion Specialist you will be a trusted subject matter expert advising & driving Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in our organization at large. Reporting directly to Culture & change manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive D&I strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture and drive organizational change. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting diversity at all levels of the organization and ensuring that D&I principles are integrated into all aspects of our operations.

 

 

Main missions:

 

  • Develop and implement a strategic D&I plan aligned with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives based on available data, industry trends, best practices & areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for policy changes and organizational practices that promote diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain D&I dashboard to ease decision-making process & progress and outcomes reporting to the key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance the organization's D&I evolution & its reputation as an inclusive employer of choice.
  • Drive global D&I initiatives & support their local implementation.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials to raise awareness, build and promote cultural competence among employees at all levels.
  • Adjust key processes across the employee life cycle in partnership with relevant process owners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote diversity initiatives internally and externally.
  • Animate the global network of D&I ambassadors and offer guidance and support to the Country General Management Community.
  • Collaborate cross functionality, in particular with the Sustainability and Corporate Governance teams to ensure ESG alignment.

This position requires geographical mobility due to very frequent travels.

 

  Job requirements:

 

  • Preferably master degree but minimum bachelor degree in diversity & inclusion, sustainability or human resources
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in diversity & inclusion
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies in complex organizations.

Specific skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proven multiple project management skill, with a sense for setting priorities, delivering on time in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, translating them into recommendations and action plans in measuring outcomes.
  • Change management proficiency.
