RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
 

•    Provide day-to-day support using the SBM Group Financial Systems (SAP BPC) but also use tools related to Accounting, Treasury, SBM operations forecasting, projects and payment.
•    Provide training and support to new hires and finance staff on system use and best practices.
•    Collate data and information on current issues and pain points and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders.
•    Provide support in the recurring financial closing process.
•    In collaboration with the IT Project Management team, ensure that all requests related to master data, processes, or systems for change are in line with Group Initiatives and processes.
•    Work together with a number of SBM stakeholders (i.e. various Group Finance colleagues, the regional centers’ Finance Teams, IT, Treasury and Internal Audit) and liaise with external service providers as well.
•    Support and contribute to the implementation of the ERP system (COA alignment, master data, interfaces).
•    Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
•    Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise / product:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, systems management, or a related role.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Experience with any Business Intelligence or related data analysis tools such as PowerBI or SAP is a plus.
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, good communication skills and analytical capabilities.
•    High level of English (both written and verbal).
