Purpose

  • As Fleet Process & Tools Analyst, you play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our offshore operations within the Oil & Gas sector. You are responsible for analyzing and improving fleet processes, managing offshore tools inventory, and implementing technological solutions to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • You evaluate and streamline fleet management processes to ensure optimal utilization of resources and adherence to industry best practices.
  • You maintain accurate records of offshore tools.
  • You identify, evaluate, and implement technological tools and solutions to enhance offshore operations efficiency and safety.
  • You analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and IT to implement process improvements and technological solutions.
  • You ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies in all fleet and offshore tools activities.
  • You provide training and support to offshore teams on the use of tools, processes, and technological solutions.
  • You continuously monitor and evaluate fleet processes and offshore tools performance to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer science or a similar field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with a HRor crew management software
  • Strong understanding of fleet processes, offshore tools, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies.
