As System Engineer, for Quality, you are responsible for the development and improvement of the management systems and tools, contributing to HSSEQ broader goals, to enable the Company to meet its objectives to prevent harm to our people, our asset, the environment and Company reputation and reduce risks for achieving our business objectives, wherever our management system is applied.
 
Role Activities 
- Shape and develop the management system and tools, based notably on audit findings and identified gaps revealed through data monitoring and analysis
- Drive continuous improvements to the management system, based on feedback from the Process Owners and Business Owners, aligned with international standards and best practices
- Participate in the management of the Company audit plan, conduct audit, consolidate and report the results at Group level and monitor the implementation of corrective actions
- Participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 certification of the Company
- Assist as required to the actions follow-up from Company Management Review process
- Participate in client pre-qualification and vendor qualification and validation (when required)
- Develop training and awareness campaigns for selected topics 
- Act as a focal point for your community

 

Role Requirements 
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor / Masters in Engineering, Science, or in Quality related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function or HSSE / Process Safety 
- Minimum 5 years’ Project and/or Operations Experience with good understanding of Project/Operations Management Fundamentals, lifecycle and assurance processes
- Strong Auditing Skills and has Lead Auditors Competency Certificate i.e. ISO 9001 or other equivalent standards 
- Strong proven understanding of Quality Management Systems i.e. ISO 9000 or other equivalent standards
- Experience in conducting Quality investigations resulting from Non-conformance, major Quality and/or HSSE incidents and other background of process investigations will be a plus
- Experience in designing and deploying reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI will be a plus
