Purpose
- As Global CMMS Team Lead, part of the Maintenance and Reliability team, you play a key role in ensuring availability, correct use and efficiency of the CMMS system.
- You coordinate the CMMS team on assuring CMMS support, end user training, process documentation and enhansing the CMMS system to meet the SBM functions needs.
Responsibilities
- You coordinate all CMMS team to achieve the team objectives (Business needs, training, fleet support etc)
- -You are responsible for continuously improving the CMMS system based on operational and contractual requirements, and the need to integrate with other external tools
- You ensure the technical integity and consistency of the Maintenance data with the CMMS
- You ensure that all processes running in the CMMS are properly documented and available to the CMMS community
- You are responsible for valuating, together with the business, new development from CMMS software before implementation in live system
- You are responsible for developing the CMMS training programme for the Fleet and shore base
- You ensure all the CMMS training materials/supports are up-to-date, approved and available to the CMMS Community (Regions,Offshore, HQ)
- You are responsible for monitoring and analysis CMMS data and external data to support performance of the fleet
- You support the Project Engineers and SBM functions to ensure that the CMMS is tailired for their needs
- You act as user champion of the CMMS
- You issue and keep up-to-date a roadmap for the year listing approved develpment and required fixes
- You issue bi-weekly and monthly progess reports on both management of the anomalies and on the change requests
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience
- At least 3 years' experience in managing/leading a team
- At least 5 years' experience in oil and gas or shipping industry within a maintenance department
- Advanced user with CMMS system (IFS, Maximo, SAP, AMOS or equivalents)
- Advanced user with database skills (Oracle, SQLserver), reporting systems (Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects or equivalent)
