Purpose

  • You manage and optimize the cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) Systems across our global FPSO fleet.
  • Your role is vital in protecting critical infrastructure from cyber threats, ensuring the security, integrity and availability of our control systems and production processes.

Responsibilities

  • You manage cybersecurity vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and patch management for installed OT devices on FPSO.
  • You analyze Intrusion Detection System (IDS) alerts, evaluate threat impacts, work on remediation, notify relevant stakeholders, and review OT firewall logs and rules.
  • You assist in the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies for OT systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
  • You collaborate with regional engineers, IT, and operations teams to help integrate cybersecurity measures into existing and new OT systems, ensuring seamless protection across all platforms.
  • You participate in regular audits and vulnerability assessments of OT systems, assisting in the identification of potential threats and the implementation of proactive security measures.
  • You support compliance with all relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks, ensuring these requirements are integrated into OT cybersecurity practices.
  • You provide technical support and guidance to local teams, sharing expertise on OT system design, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • You stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, applying this knowledge to assist in improving OT security posture.
  • You monitor fleet cybersecurity using OT cybersecurity tools
  • You prepare and document reports on OT cybersecurity vulnerabilities, obsolescence, patches, and incidents.
  • You execute cybersecurity projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet security objectives

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as ISA/IEC62443, or GIAC are highly desirable.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong focus on OT systems and critical infrastructure within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven expertise in implementing cybersecurity measures, managing security incidents, and conducting risk assessments is essential. Experience with FPSO operations is beneficial.
