Purpose

  • Your role is crucial in ensuring core objectives of Global Operation Technical Governance team are met.  You support and steward the execution of the key work processes where the team is involved and give full visibility to Global Operation Technical Manager of overall team performance. 

Responsibilities

  • You develop, lead, execute, sustain, and standardize processes, using the appropriate tools and measuring the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
  • You coordinate with Operation Readiness team to ensure documentation workflows are in place allowing OTA to review Performance standards (PS), Operating Manuals (OM) & OTPs. You monitor and expedite the documentation review.
  • You coordinate and monitor progress of Assurance tasks related to Execute PS during project execution.
  • You monitor execution of Plant Operation Assurance, track reports reviews. You maintain plant Operation Assurance protocol action tracker.
  • You manage incidents investigation reports reviews (circulate reports, ensure comments are implemented)
  • You monitor and maintain log of Safety alerts issued by the team.
  • You monitor and track SECE forms requests completion and support resulting PS updates.
  • You track issuance of OTA annual SECE condition reports. 
  • You maintain Team Communication Channel live and up to date.
  • You maintain the KPIs associated to all the above activities and develop reporting tools and productivity dashboards as necessary.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) or other relevant continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in operations management, continuous improvement, or process engineering, preferably within a similar industry or local setting. Hands-on experience with Lean tools and methodologies, including leading A3 problem-solving and performance evaluation. Proven experience in facilitating local initiatives, managing innovation project rollouts, and driving operational improvements. Proven experience in documentation control. Experience in delivering training on Lean tools and methodologies to local teams.  Experienced in PowerBI. Strong background in supporting change management efforts, including assessing adoption and impact. Demonstrated ability to monitor KPIs, assess benefits/results, and validate the value created by Learning from Experience.
