Purpose

  • The H2R Support Specialist is responsible for receiving queries. As 1st point of contact he answers generic questions. When queries requires the support of the level 2 support, he dispatches queries to the right owner within the CBSC HR who will then handle the transactional activity and the full End to End process
  • (from Hiring to Termination).

Responsibilities

  • Is the ServiceNow user Champion managing the back end of HR tickets received globally by the CBSC. Directs employees to the right policy / handbook to provide information on generic benefits. Provides a range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department (within the Lucy time module ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, for the generation of standard employee certificates / documents in PeopleDoc...).
  • Provides support on ServiceNow to the CBSC HR users and priorities the HR Tower tickets to the Level 2 according to the queries.
  • Assist with internal and external HR generic requests (Service Desk Support level 1)

Education

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration

Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow will be a plus (not mandatory)
  • Good English level
  • Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work with priorities
  • Proactive, confident and hands on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality performance and positive attitude
  • Capacity to share complete and accurate information
