Purpose

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of background checks for the onshore/offshore population, in line with client requirements and internal governance.The role will support high-volume activities and help close compliance gaps by coordinating stakeholders, collecting documentation, and tracking progress end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end background check process for onshore/offshore employees and contractors.
  • Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, International Mobility, and external providers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collect, verify, and organize all required documentation (e.g., CV, ID copies, consent forms, certificates, employment references).
  • Follow up proactively with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up with the background check provider and inform the result to the stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs and ensure proper storage of records in line with data protection and internal processes. 

Education

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration

Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good English level.
  • Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work with priorities.
  • Proactive, confident and hands on approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality performance and positive attitude.
  • Capacity to share complete and accurate information.
