RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
• Provide a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department;
• Create and maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and records via in our Information Systems (HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors);
• Support the HR Business Partner for the required data entries in our Information systems (HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors);
• Deliver & collects all required documents related to an Employee file (Contract, letters, Personal files…);
• Be the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and ensure the smooth running of operations;
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests (Service Desk Support level 2).


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:  
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or business administration
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist Roles (HR Officer, HR coordinator…)
• Working experience in global community with complex matrix
