Description: 

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

  • Manage Contingent Worker administration.
  • Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor.
  • Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Request POs, follow up with pending approvals and wrong/unpaid invoices
  • Check and approve invoices from the agencies
  • Administrative interface with Internal Stakeholder (Purchasing, Recruitment, Accounts Payables)
  • Responsible for the Onboarding & Offboarding of the Contingent Workforce and Track work effectiveness on invoicing process
  • Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP
  • Storage of Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) documentation in contractor’s file and SAP
  • Organize, control, and generate reports on expenses versus available funds
  • Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise / product: 

  • Experience in administrative work
  • Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
  • Good English level
  • Be able to have the information organized and easily accessible
  • Critical analysis to identify and propose improvements
