RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
- Manage Contingent Worker administration.
- Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor.
- Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Request POs, follow up with pending approvals and wrong/unpaid invoices
- Check and approve invoices from the agencies
- Administrative interface with Internal Stakeholder (Purchasing, Recruitment, Accounts Payables)
- Responsible for the Onboarding & Offboarding of the Contingent Workforce and Track work effectiveness on invoicing process
- Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP
- Storage of Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) documentation in contractor’s file and SAP
- Organize, control, and generate reports on expenses versus available funds
- Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good English level
- Be able to have the information organized and easily accessible
- Critical analysis to identify and propose improvements
