Purpose

  • The HR Project Lead is responsible for leading an HR project within the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, to ensure that the project is implemented, enabling the organization to achieve its long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • You oversee an HR project ensuring successful delivery within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • You work closely with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership across the business to understand their needs and align your project with organizational goals
  • You lead cross-functional project teams, including third parties, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project goals
  • You lead change management efforts associated with your project, ensuring smooth transitions and employee readiness
  • You monitor and report on project progress and performance, including identified risks and mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to your stakeholders and senior management.
  • You develop and maintain project documentation and governance and conduct post-project analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • You work very closely with the HRIS team to ensure integration of your project with the relevant HR technology.

Education

  • Master degree in business, HR, or related field.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant HR experience
