Purpose
- The HR Reporting and Analytics Manager is responsible for managing HR data and analytics to deliver actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- This role ensures the accuracy, security, and accessibility of HR data across systems, collaborates with key stakeholders to align reporting capabilities with business needs, and drives continuous improvement in data reporting, visualization, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection, organization, and validation of HR data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide high-quality, actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels.
- Partner with HR leadership and the HRIS team to align reporting and analytics strategies with broader HR and business goals, ensuring that reporting capabilities meet evolving organizational needs and support workforce planning, performance metrics, and other strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with IT, Digital, and HR teams to enhance data integration, improve reporting processes, and ensure data accessibility. Act as the primary liaison for data analytics-related initiatives, promoting a data-driven culture within HR.
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting and analytics processes, leveraging new tools, technology, and best practices to enhance data-driven decision-making across HR functions. Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to anticipate trends and support predictive insights.
- Ensure all HR data management and reporting practices adhere to internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Lead and mentor HR Reporting and Analytics team, ensuring effective task assignment, skills development and alignment with team and business goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth within the team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in HR reporting, data analytics, and data management within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors), data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data governance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, communicate insights effectively, and align reporting strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
