The responsibilities.
- Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of SuccessFactors employee central
- Ensuring Support to HRIS Projects or End Users in terms EC configuration improvement, Data setup, Business Rules, etc.
- Managing Mass Data changes (import/Export)
- Leading the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between SuccessFactors and third-party systems
- Working closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development the team
Requirements.
- 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central and Compensation
- At least one project leading the Employee Central workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
- HRIS Project Manager Experience in Module implementation or Data Interface
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Employee Central Certification strongly preferred
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Consulting firm experience
