Role Purpose

The IFS R&A Solution Lead will oversee the design and implementation of the Roles and Authorization structure within IFS solution.

He / She will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that align with organizational strategy and priorities.

The IFS R&A Solution Lead will also be responsible for the quality of the implementation and ensuring that it is properly configured and maintained.

 

Role Contribution

  • Interface with IFS Service Delivery Team and Solution Architect for proper design and implementation;
  • Manage the configuration, testing, and deployment of R&A within IFS solution;
  • Third-Party and Privileged Access Management;
  • Processing and fulfilment of service desk requests and incidents, ensuring that:
    • Customers are always kept up to date.
    • All access requests are dealt with within the SLA set.
    • All access requests are appropriately authorized.
  • Coordinate resolution of escalated incidents and implementation of Change requests;
  • Carry out routine monitoring activities for redundant and unused accounts, amongst other reporting activities;
  • Support the implementation of new or improved access control processes;
  • Responsible for documenting policies and procedures specific to the scope of responsibilities, ensuring document compliance with Quality Standards;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users;
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize R&A structure within IFS solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Interact with IFS Solution providers and other External partners;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IFS solution trends and IAM technologies.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions (IFS is preferred);
  • Good knowledge of identity access management systems, including Active Directory, and proven experience in security and access management in ERP solutions(IFS is preferred);
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and processes and methodologies (IFS is preferred);
  • Understanding Identity Access Management best practices, processes and controls, including recertification, SOD, and role-based access control;
  • Competent in using reporting tools; creating and manipulating large volumes of data;
  • Excellent project management, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.
