ROLE PURPOSE
The IFS Solution Manager will lead the IFS Solution Management Team for continuous implementation, optimization, and support of IFS solutions within our organization. 
He / She will be responsible for leading IFS Solution Leads to work closely with cross-functional teams, identify business needs and design solutions that leverage IFS functionality. 
The IFS Solution Manager will be responsible for ensuring that IFS solutions are properly implemented, configured, and maintained to meet business needs.

 

ROLE CONTRIBUTION
- Manage the IFS Solution Management Team including hiring, training, performance, and people development
- Lead the implementation of IFS solutions, including configuring, testing, and deploying the software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and, through the IFS Functional leads, identify business requirements and design solutions that leverage IFS functionality
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules for IFS solution implementation projects
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and end-users
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to IFS solution implementations
- Ensure that IFS solutions are properly documented and adhere to applicable standards and regulations
- Manage relationships and contracts with IFS vendors and service providers
- Continuously evaluate and optimize IFS solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IFS functionality and technologies

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Excellent ITIL knowledge (ITIL certification is preferred)
- Proven experience managing ERP services (IFS is preferred) in an international company
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes (IFS is preferred)
- Strong understanding of IFS functionalities and modules, including (not limited to) finance, supply chain, asset maintenance and HSSEQ
- Experience with IFS configuration and customization tools
- Excellent project management, reporting, organizational, and communication skills
- Contract and Negotiation Management skills

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in managing Implementation and/or Operational team for ERP solutions (IFS is preferred)
