Responsibilities & Main Tasks

 

Identity and Access Management Operations

  • Administer user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Investigate and resolve IAM system issues, with a focus on IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra or equivalent tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Monitor and address IAM-related incidents, collaborating with relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Perform regular access reviews, and audits, and take the corrective actions for the findings, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

 

System Integration and Improvement

  • Participate in the design/ implementation, and manage IAM solutions to provide secure and seamless access to resources
  • Participate in the integration of IAM systems with third-party applications, to improve authentication and access processes.
  • Design and support the implementation of the user access review within ITSM tool.
  • Collaborate with IT Security teams to align IAM strategies with broader security initiatives and mitigate risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of IAM processes

 

Documentation and Training

  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and technical documentation
  • Provide training and support to internal teams/ end-users on IAM systems and best practices

 

Collaboration and Strategic Planning

  • Act as a liaison between application owners, internal/external auditors, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of IAM goals
  • Contribute to long-term IAM strategies and initiatives to meet evolving business and security requirements

 

Recurring Tasks

  • Daily:
    • Manage operational IAM activities, including investigating and resolving incidents
    • Participate in project-based tasks such as system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new IAM solutions
    • Provide support to internal control team for ad-hoc topics/findings related to user access management
  • Weekly:
    • Conduct comparative IAM checks for discrepancies across systems (SuccessFactors vs. Active Directory vs. ServiceNow through IAM tools)
    • Collaborate with Service Desk to address identified inconsistencies and ensure the inconsistencies are solved
  • Monthly:
    • Generate Joiners/Leavers/Transfer report and review application access files, share findings with application owners for validation and updates. Implement corrective actions for the identified findings (e.g., remove users ‘access rights from the application or disable users’ accounts) and obtain the management approval for the actions taken
  • Quarterly:
    • Support Internal Control processes by gathering and reviewing evidence for IAM compliance, following up with application owners as necessary
    • Contribute to solving IAM issues identified as result of ICOSIT testing.
    • Identify and improve gaps in the IAM processes (e.g. management of the external accounts)
    • Manage audit-related tasks for internal/external auditors, including evidence upload to external audit platform, gathering active user lists and resolving complex queries

 

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in identity and access management systems, especially IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra
  • Familiarity with audit processes, active user list management, and evidence gathering
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks with varying levels of complexity and urgency
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external auditor
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or any other scripting language)
  • Solid foundations in API manipulation (get, post, patch, delete...)
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and AD management tools, such as ManageEngine ADAudit Plus
  • Knowledge of the Postman tool will be considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of MS SQL database and T-SQL will be appreciated
  • Exceptional ability to manage complexity and deliver high-quality decisions
  • Proactive, organized, and action-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Resilient and resourceful, capable of instilling trust and fostering collaboration across teams
