Purpose

  • As Intern, you are responsible for supporting the department of Enterprise Solutions and the department of Continuous Improvement in achieving its objectives by contributing to key projects, tasks, and daily operations.
  • You play an active role in supporting our Enterprise Optimization ecosystem and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimize organizational efficiency.
  • You help the IFS Data Team in in documenting, analyzing, and improving data management practices within IFS

Responsibilities

Within Enterprise Solutions Data:

  • Create and maintain data-related documentation, procedures, and templates to support data governance and consistency;
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business data requirements and use cases;
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and monthly presentations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights;
  • Support master data management, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and processes;

 

Within Continuous Improvement:

    • Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives by documenting processes, identifying opportunities, and supporting implementation of improvements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations, communicating findings and progress to relevant key stakeholders.
    • Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement;
    • Review and enhance process documentation, developing standardized templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data, processes, and continuous improvement;
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create clear documentation and process maps;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is a plus;
  • Understanding of basic data modeling and relational data concepts;
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
