Purpose
- As a Learning Officer you are responsible for ensuring that all learning programs are organized and executed effectively and efficiently in accordance with the annual learning plan issued by the business.
Responsibilities
- you stimulate the inclusive growth mindset of all SBM’ers
- You understand the annual learning plan and recommend best scheduling and administration practices.
- You identify and manage venues, including logistics, scheduling, booking, and preparation.
- You administer evaluations to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback.
- You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internaland external providers.
- You will manage the LMS, ensuring program delivery, participant registration, and attendance recording.
- You will provide technical support and training for LMS users.
- You will produce periodic reports on learning KPI
- You will business partner with the HRand Business stakeholders continually to support and report back on all learning actions undertaken for your assigned region and function
- You foster and enable DandI through the learning initiatives and programs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, HR, business, or comparable subject.
Experience
- Experience in Learning and Development field, with LMS is pre.
