PURPOSE
•    In charge of designing Enterprise Data Architecture with consideration for transverse challenges.
•    In charge of designing, building, and applying Data Architecture standards.
•    In charge of supporting business stakeholders in the identification of their needs, the proposal of related actions, and the execution of the respective plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
•    Support, govern, and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned Data Strategy across the SBM organization.
•    Develop and maintain the organization's enterprise Master Data Management system, including data standards, policies, and procedures about Master Data Management tool.
•    Administer the Master Data Management system, including defining and maintaining the master data structure and format, and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
•    Implement governance and security measures to ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity on the tool.
•    Develop and maintain business workflows to streamline the master data creation and maintenance processes with proper control.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the Master Data Management system meets their needs and requirements.
•    Monitor and ensure data availability to be consumed by other systems.
•    Conduct data quality checks and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner with Data Stakeholders at SBM Offshore.
•    Ensure compliance with data policies and standards, and best practices.
•    Stay up to date with the latest Master Data Management trends and technologies, and continuously improve the Master Data Management system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with experience in administrating Master Data Management tools.
- Strong understanding in Master Data Management & tools such as TIBCO/EBX.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts, including master data structure, format, governance, and security.
- Experience in implementing business workflows for master data creation and maintenance.
- Expertise in SQL, data profiling, data quality, and data integration technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise data management concepts such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage with security best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills, solution-oriented, and curious.
- Fluent in English.
