RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS
- Develop, lead, execute, sustain, and standardize process and improvement projects, using the appropriate tools and measuring the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
- Implementation and facilitation of Continuous Improvement initiatives across all operational and support areas. This involves identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence.
- Maintenance of the Operations Management System: They are also responsible for maintaining and enhancing SBM’s operations management system. Such as KPI's and operational routines.
- Train and guide people in the use of continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, A3, PDCA, SMED, 5S, Visual Communication, SIPOC, Process flow chart, etc…).
- Pilot, monitor and report the productivity dashboards as power BI. Promote quickly comes up to speed on complex processes and work with others to identify opportunities areas via data.
- Execute and maintain the Lessons Learned process in the Region, ensuring that inputs from unit incidents and events are effectively captured, addressed, documented, and incorporated into operational practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Lean Certificate: Green belt or advanced one.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years working with Continuous Improvement.
Personla skills:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with multifunctional teams within different projects.
- Knowledge of Quality Tools: Experience with tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead kaizen improvement events.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power Bi and Word).
