Purpose
- You ensure that Company operations within your assigned scope are performed in line with the Company Quality Policy, Management System and applicable Industry Standards.
- You foster a Quality culture based on continuously improving ways-of-working, maximizing effectiveness, efficiency and business sustainability as a result.
Responsibilities
- You acquire and maintain a robust knowledge of the Company’s Management System and ways-of-working.
- You provide support to the Operations Management teams in understanding certification requirements and ensuring compliance.
- You plan and conduct internal assurance activities to identify gaps in system implementation and business performance.
- You investigate findings, perform root-cause analyses, and identify corrective actions.
- You ensure quality events are reported and investigated appropriately.
- You ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
- You conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and implement mitigations.
- You coordinate and facilitate Management Reviews, consolidating them from offshore to onshore senior Management.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and initiate changes through relevant processes in coordination with Operations Excellence.
- You plan and facilitate external assurance activities (including certification audits) and represent the Company during these processes.
- You ensure the continuous certification of operations against ISO 9001, ISM Code, and compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001.
- You maintain an effective interface with relevant Certification Bodies.
- You maintain effective communication with Clients, Partners, and stakeholders, ensuring documentation bridges management systems.
- You ensure that quality registers and records are kept up-to-date.
- You act as the ‘Ambassador’ of Quality and Excellence functions and the ‘Champion’ of the Company’s Management System (GEMS).
- You ensure accurate reports are compiled for internal and external communication.
- You lead a team of Quality Professionals to support these activities.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve results.
- You may also act as Regulatory Manager if assigned.
Education
- Engineering or university degree in Quality Management or in a relevant field related to Company’s business.
- Qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in operations or quality management, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Quality Professional with Operational Management skills.
