RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
• You acquire and maintain a robust knowledge and understanding of the Company’s Management System and ways-of-working.
• You provide support to the Operations Management teams in understanding internal and external certification requirements applicable to their scope and in taking appropriate actions to sustainably meet those.
• You plan and conduct internal assurance activities to identify management system implementation and business performance gaps as well as opportunities for improvement.
• You systematically investigate assurance findings and quality events, performing/supporting root-cause analyses and identifying required corrective actions, which you ensure timely completion of.
• You coordinate and facilitate Management Reviews, their consolidation from offshore to onshore Senior Management, and any required follow-up.
• You plan and/or facilitate external assurance activities (e.g. certification audits) and represent the Company during their execution.
• You ensure continuing certification of Company operations against the ISO 9001 Standard and the ISM Code (and related compliance with the ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards) where/as applicable.
• You establish and maintain an effective interface with relevant Certification Bodies and with other Stakeholders such as Clients and Partners (including documentation bridging respective management systems if required).
• You ensure that quality registers and records are kept up-to-date.
• You act as ‘Ambassador’ of the Quality and Excellence functions, and as ‘Champion’ of the Company’s Management System (GEMS).
• You ensure accurate reports are compiled for internal and external communication.
• You lead a team of Quality Professionals to support you in achieving the above.
• You communicate effectively and collaborate with all Stakeholders to ensure effective results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 8 years of experience in operations or quality management, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Quality Professional with Operational Management skills.
• Engineering or university degree in Quality Management or in a relevant field related to Company’s business.
• Qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
