RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
• You have a good, up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Company’s Management System and ways-of-working.
• You provide support to the Operations Management teams in understanding internal requirements applicable to their scope and in taking appropriate actions to sustainably meet those.
• You perform internal assurance activities as assigned to identify management system implementation and business performance gaps.
• You investigate findings, performing root-cause analysis and identifying required corrective actions.
• You perform or support investigations of incidents from a quality perspective.
• You ensure and support timely completion of corrective actions.
• You conduct assessments to identify potential quality issues and identify appropriate mitigations/improvements.
• You support Management Reviews and related activities.
• You support external assurance activities (including but not limited to certification audits) as assigned.
• You support the interface with key Stakeholders such as Clients, Partners and Certification Bodies, through effective communication and relevant documentation.
• You maintain quality registers and records up-to-date.
• You act as ‘Ambassador’ of the Quality and Excellence functions, and as ‘Champion’ of the Company’s Management System (GEMS) and, if applicable, related Management System bridging documents.
• You communicate effectively and collaborate with all Stakeholders.
• You escalate critical issues to Management if required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in Quality Management or in a relevant field related to Company’s business.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations or quality management, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
