Purpose
- The PO Administration Manager leads a team of PO administrators dedicated to the Indirect Procurement scope, ensuring the seamless execution of the purchase order process. This role is pivotal in driving process efficiency while upholding robust internal controls throughout the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. As the gatekeeper of this critical process, the PO Administration Manager ensures compliance with company policies, monitors process integrity, and resolves escalations to safeguard operational effectiveness and financial control. The manager collaborates closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to ensure process consistency and alignment with the Group Supply Chain strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PO administration team for indirect procurement, providing guidance, development, and support to optimize team performance.
- Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing across multiple locations.
- Act as the gatekeeper for the Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring that all transactions are compliant with internal controls and aligned with procurement policies.
- Maintain and enhance process efficiency by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the GPO to ensure the PO administration process remains consistent and aligned with the Group Supply Chain strategy.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and internal control effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in the PO process, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Engage with stakeholders to align on process improvements and communicate changes effectively.
- Maintain consistency in the indirect procurement PO process across locations while accommodating local operational requirements.
Education
- Bachelor degree in specific areas such as :

Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in PO administration and team management. Basic understanding of legal and contract management.
