RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

• Track and coordinate all reliability threats on assigned area until closure.
• Key focal point and coordinator of surveillance systems, notifications and reliability incidents.
• Monitor Reliability performances versus fleet and close Gaps.
• Support, build and Maintain a Reliability Databank based on Fleet and Industry Reliability data.
• Calculate reliability figures such as MTBF, Reliability and Availability.
• Use of Risk Matrix for Business risk assessment and benefit/cost analysis; facilitate development of risk prioritized work plans (e.g. TA, Annual/5-Year Plan, etc.); support SHE function in risk assessments (e.g. HAZOP, SCD availability target setting, etc.).
• Carry out various reliability analysis such as RAM studies, equipment strategy development using Reliability centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Failure mode effects and criticality (FMECA) together with the Maintenance department as required throughout asset life cycle.
• Use above studies to advise Maintenance and Supply Chain on stock level control of spares.
• Use above studies to advise M&R and Asset Integrity discipline leads on changes to the Maintenance & Inspection Strategy.
• Provide detailed reliability and life cycle cost analysis for units and projects for risk-based task selection.

• Support Maintenance & Asset Integrity to collect and analyze data to support efficient asset management and develop asset risk inventory to mitigate. The mitigation of risk inventory shall be stewarded in periodic Financial Exposure Inventory (FEI) session.
• Perform RCA of incidents / deep dive on recurring downtime events on assigned FPSO(s), produce corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences and follow up on implementation.
• Lead multi-functional teams through Safety and Reliability Incident Investigations. Ensure investigation results are properly documented, including proper classification of causal factors and Root Cause in incident reporting systems.
• Support improvements to safety, uptime and reliability of assigned FPSO(s).
• Utilize reliability tools and data intelligence to analyze site data in order to identify improvement opportunities. Analyze and report fleet reliability performance metrics, and coordinate development of fleet’s reliability objectives and improvement plans.
• Support site development of reliability objectives and improvements for the annual/long term plans.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise / product:
• University degree (Bachelor) in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role with similar responsibilities described in Responsibilities and Tasks.
• Expertise facilitating cross functional team of conducting risk/reliability analysis Bad Actor, Defect Elimination, Risk based Work Selection (RBWS), and equipment strategy development such as RAM, RCM/RBI, FMECA.
• Oil & Gas process experience preferred.
• Competency and experience in CMMS and Microsoft Office applications to prepare data for analytical and operational uses.

• Statistical Reliability Engineering Analysis and data modeling analysis preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to engage business team resources and client to translate business objectives into operating and maintenance strategies.
• Ability to travel internationally including offshore.
• Fluent in English.
