Purpose

  • As Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability of the units, through reliability studies and facilitating the Root Cause Analysis process and incident investigations, providing assertive actions for feedback on maintenance plans, complying with the guidelines and business rules for standardizing strategy for the fleet within its own discipline.

Responsibilities

  • You support the Incident Investigation and follow-up the actions.
  • You maintain the CMMS during the Operations phase, manage the administration for continuous improvement and for business processes.
  • You correctly implement Maintenance Efficiency Audit programs to ensure the Work Order Quality.
  • You support in define, develop and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and plan in advance the maintenance strategy to comply with yearly KPIs target.
  • You liaise with unit teams to ensure that strategies are clear and well executed.
  • You monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics to identify issues and recommend improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience

  • Experience in maintenance management (minimum 2 years, desired 5 years)
  • Oil and gas experience (desired)
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning and CMMS.
