Purpose

  • As Reporting Officer you are supporting the Reporting team.
  • The Reporting Officer has a key role to play managing financial data and time registration information.

Responsibilities

  • The Reporting Officer is focused on managing the time registration process worlwide, ensuring the accurate and timely booking, especially during monthly closing for all the Region.
  • Manage the time registration mailbox, ensuring timely and proactive resolution.
  • Work in conjunction with each region counter part to monitor time registration.
  • Load data in the reporting and consolidation tool
  • Support of ad hoc analysis (simulation, business cases, KPIs, analysis of expenses by currency, travels, other), prepare P&L / Interco reconciliation for consolidation purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control (ICOFR) and strive for continuous improvement of it.
  • Participate to Companywide transformation program on reporting dedicated information system tools and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders as part of the quarterly closing and budget cycle and provide adhoc analysis to Business controller and/or Finance Manager/Director when necessary.

Education

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration

Experience

  • From 0 to 2 years in a relevant reporting position
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in IT tools, especially Business Object, SAP and Excel.
  • Good analytical skills and organization + Ability to work under tight deadline.
  • Demonstrates the ability to independently and efficiently organize, plan and complete the assigned activities in a timely delivery
