Purpose
- As a Senior Digital Solution Administrator Specialist, you oversee the administration and maintenance of digital solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction. Provide expert guidance on system configuration, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital solutions with business objectives and drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and management of digital solutions, ensuring their optimal performance, availability, and security to support business operations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital platforms, including software applications, cloud services, and integrated systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot digital solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of service reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs.
- Manage system configurations, updates, and patches, ensuring all digital solutions are up to date and compliant with security standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior administrators and IT staff, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for digital solutions, including system configurations, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, implementing necessary controls and conducting regular audits of digital solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital solution upgrades and migrations, minimizing disruptions and ensuring continuity of service.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect are highly recommended. Proficiency in administering and managing digital solutions, including cloud platforms, enterprise software, and digital tools, is essential. A master's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital solution administration, IT systems management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or specialist role.
- Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing digital solutions across various platforms, including cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in system administration, including the management of servers, databases, and application environments.
