Purpose
- As a Senior GEMS Analyst, you play a strategic and technical leadership role in the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS). You act as a key advisor to Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring that the Management System remains consistent, compliant, and aligned with the company’s operational and strategic goals.
- The GEMS framework supports an end-to-end, risk-based approach to quality, regulatory compliance, health and safety, environmental protection, and lifecycle risk management across all business activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex process changes within the GEMS framework.
- Provide expert guidance on system structure, standards, and modeling rules to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and SMEs to assess current (“as-is”) processes and define future (“to-be”) states aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate impact assessments, change deployment strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure the integrity and traceability of process data using the Company’s Business Process Modeling (BPM) tool.
- Mentor and support junior analysts in process modeling, documentation, and system governance.
- Contribute to the evolution of the GEMS framework by integrating lessons learned, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and system insights.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT for the implementation of digital process improvements.
Education
- Master degree or equivalent
- Professional English;
Experience
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office) in particular Word and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Management System international Standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.);
- Project Management skills will be a plus.
- 7 yearsâ experience in offshore industry projects, or project position(s) with major engineering or Construction Companies
