Purpose

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of software solutions to meet organizational needs and drive technological innovation

Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management Operations

• Administer user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC)

Investigate and resolve IAM system issues, with a focus on SailPoint platform Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Microsoft Entra or equivalent tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations 

Monitor and address IAM-related incidents, collaborating with relevant stakeholders for resolution 

• Perform regular access reviews, and audits, and take the corrective actions for the findings, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

 

System Integration and Improvement

• Participate in the design/ implementation, and manage IAM solutions to provide secure and seamless access to resources

• Participate in the integration of IAM systems with third-party applications, to improve authentication and access processes.

• Design and support the implementation of the user access review within ITSM tool.

• Collaborate with IT Security teams to align IAM strategies with broader security initiatives and mitigate risks 

• Conduct risk assessments and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of IAM processes

 

Documentation and Training

• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and technical documentation

Provide training and support to internal teams/ end-users on IAM systems and best practices 

 

Collaboration and Strategic Planning

• Act as a liaison between application owners, internal/external auditors, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of IAM goals
• Contribute to long-term IAM strategies and initiatives to meet evolving business and security requirements 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Master's degree, PhD, or relevant professional certifications) are advantageous.
  • Specialized training or certifications in software development methodologies, programming languages, and emerging technologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Python, Java) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential, as it is often the primary language of communication in multinational IT environments.

Experience

  • Proficiency in identity and access management systems, especially SailPoint Platform modules like: Identity Security Cloud, Data Access Security, Password Management, Access Risk Management, Machine Identity Security. Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
  • Familiarity with audit processes, active user list management, and evidence gathering
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks with varying levels of complexity and urgency
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external auditor
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or any other scripting language)
  • Solid foundations in API manipulation (get, post, patch, delete...)
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and AD management tools, such as ManageEngine ADAudit Plus
  • Knowledge of the Postman tool will be considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of MS SQL database and T-SQL will be appreciated
  • Exceptional ability to manage complexity and deliver high-quality decisions
  • Proactive, organized, and action-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Resilient and resourceful, capable of instilling trust and fostering collaboration across teams
