IT System Specialist

JOB RESPONSABILITIES
 
•    Plan, install, and configure IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
•    Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and performance.
•    Implement and manage security policies to protect company data and systems.
•    Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
•    Collaborate with other Global IT teams to ensure the integration and efficient operation of systems.
•    Document procedures and create performance and incident reports.
•    Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in systems and network administration.
•    Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
•    Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
•    Advanced English level

Nice to have:
•    Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent, AZ-900 or higher or foundation certification on other cloud providers)
•    Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
•    Knowledge of infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is desirable
•    Knowledge of Citrix Solutions
