JOB ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory and Competence Training Manager to oversee our company's initiatives in Brazil. The Regulatory and Competence Training Manager will be responsible for developing and managing regulatory compliance programs and training initiatives to ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to comply with local regulations and perform their job duties effectively. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Brazilian regulatory requirements and excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and implement training programs that address regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage the regulatory training programs that comply with Brazilian regulatory requirements and keep the company’s mandatory training matrix in the target level;
- Ensure that all training programs are designed and delivered in accordance with learning principles and best practices and on a timely manner.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain the company's competency framework and associated training initiatives at the target level.
- Ensure that all training and development initiatives are within budget and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that they meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure that training programs are current and effective.
- Identify and evaluate regulatory compliance risks and make recommendations to senior management to mitigate those risks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth experience in regulatory compliance and training, including experience in a leadership or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP® Success Factor is a plus
