ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage the maintenance backlog of onshore maintenance at your specific discipline.
  • Align with maintenance offshore department and team the strategy to best execute the maintenance, respecting regulatory and safety standards requirements. 
  • Plan and mobilize resources for the repairs onshore with the support of the offshore maintenance department owner, Preparation, and control of repair schedule.
  • Update and keep the leader and team informed of ongoing activities and their respective status.
  • Follow up on onshore maintenance KPIs 
  • Follow up procurement process related to the repairs under responsibility,
  • Raise spare parts requisition for equipment under maintenance onshore, and in case of not repair component/Equipment provide information to Offshore maintenance engineer acquire new one.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of department deliverables,
  • Support with KPI monitoring and data gathering for reports,
  • Daily follow-up of urgency onshore maintenance demands,
  • Weekly follow-up of onshore maintenance demands,
  • Technically approve all the repairs prior to closing the repair process,

 

TECHNICAL KNOWLEGDE

  • Project or repair Management
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
  • Experience on valves repairs or valves projects.
  • Procurement Process.
  • CMMS or IFS knowledge.
  • Mandatory - Experience in repairs or projects related to valves, knowledge in ball valve, globe valve, check valve, PSV's calibrations, control valves, relief valve, actuators etc. Knowledge in heat exchangers repairs, offloading hoses certifications and repairs.
  • Differential - Knowledge in preservation valves process.
  • Differential - Knowledge in Mechanical equipment’s, rotating equipment’s, compressors, mechanical seals, power generators, hydraulic equipment’s, gearboxes or cranes.
  • Industry standards applicable to manufacturing/repairs of valves, hoses, PSV’s.
  • Regulatory requirements for offshore equipment repair (differential),
  • Technical reports elaboration
  • Field service experience (differential)
