Role and Responsibilities

- Provide technical notes for sharing lessons learn
- To provide support and inputs to Digital / OIPOC team
- To develop / support / evaluate process testing (ex.: new demulsifier, CO2 membranes, new flocculant)
- Bi-weekly Solids dashboard meeting to key stakeholders (UOMs, OIMs, offshore, etc.)
- Weekly technical Monitoring Meeting with Facilities Engineer (solids, CO2 healthy, mol sieves healty)
- To perform technical internal audits or support on audit findigs (ex.: ANP Thematic Audit - Flaring, ESDVs)
- Define and execute 3YP related with preventive facilities scope
- Provide PR and follow up PO about his/her jobs activities
- To be in comply with IFS CAPA actions and tier 2 incidents investigation if applicable
- Support facilities engineer about PDCA bad actors
- Participate and support technical meetings with offshore, getting process deviation and implement/coordinate the actions
- Participate and supporting in meetings with client which has correlation with process discipline
- To participation on Risk Assessments (HAZOP, HAZID, ORA, TRA, SIL, etc) and address recommendations under process scope
- HAZOP action plan review
- RDO and letter response when applicable 
- Support in audits when applicable
-  QnA/MoC SME evaluation, providing technical recommendation and raising concerns to MoC team 
- Provide initiatives to increase equipment/process reliability, availability, safety, and quality
-  Technical assistance for offshore in matters related with safety process through facilities engineer
- To provide support or execute companywide initiatives (ex.: flaring reduction)

 

Skills

- Self-guided, team work, resilient, negotiation, analytical, through logical and objective analysis of the facts, persistent, structured, able to work under pressure, emotional intelligence, sense of prioritization, capacity to set up action plan and execute/monitor it.

 

Experience

- Checmical industry acting as process engineer
- Project business focussed in process engineering
- Oil and gas experience (desired)
