Purpose

  • As a Senior Learning and Development specialist, you are responsible for designing and implementing competency-based learning journeys that align with SBM’s strategic objectives, in collaboration with targeted business functions and associated HR generalists. You champion a cultural shift towards continuous learning, integrating it seamlessly into our operational workflows and driving a mindset of self-driven growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • You partner with functional leaders and HR to define role-specific competencies and learning needs aligned with business goals and career objectives.
  • You design and deliver competency-based learning using the 70/20/10 model to improve performance.
  • You guide the HR generalists to effectively implement the established learning strategy.
  • You set and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
  • You adjust programs based on feedback, results, and evolving needs.
  • You report on learning metrics to highlight program impact on growth and performance.
  • You use the LMS to offer accessible, integrated learning experiences and partner with the LO.
  • You follow learning trends and market best practices to provide new ideas in line with company's needs
  • You select/manage external vendors to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
  • You support HR and business stakeholders to embed the competency based learning and development and performance management in the organization.
  • You integrate IDE principles into learning programs and initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, HR, business, or comparable subject.

Experience

  • Strong experience in Learning and Development field. Demonstrated experience
