ROLE PROPOSE
The Senior Project Control Engineer leads the Project Control functions (cost control, planning /scheduling and progress, risk management, management of change, gate reviews and reporting) are established in accordance with the contract and internal requirements for all phases of the project.
ROLE CONTRIBUTION
- Ensure all the Project Controls functions are correctly set up, especially:
- Provide schedule and financial visibility to the Project Team to manage the project including taking corrective actions when appropriate.
- Deliver reporting / progress measurement / forecast metrics/ performance measurements including the KPIs
- Manage the Project Risk and Opportunities process and report exposure and to recommend contingency levels.
- Ensure effective communication across various internal Projects’ members to allow the timely exchange of the information required to perform assigned tasks.
- Ensure that delegation throughout the team enables quick and well-informed decisions, making while maintaining an appropriate level of control.
- Support the PMT members to remain focused on Project Objective.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Project Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in this function.
- Knowledge in various disciplines such as construction, electrical, instrumentation, piping and structure.
- Experience with Project Management.
- Experience with Brownfield Projects.
- Certification in PMP or Postgraduate in Project Management is an advantage.
- Advanced English.
