Role Purpose

You are responsible for supporting the Company Quality Framework throughout the organization to prevent or mitigate risks to our personnel, assets, the environment or our Company performance and reputation.
 You play a key role in promoting Quality culture amongst the Company. You participate in leading the activities related to quality to provide effective support to the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities

•            Drive continuous Improvement
-       Contributing to the Quality development and digitalization in the Company.

• Driving implementation of Quality tools/processes to support quality improvement.
• Develop and conduct training related to Quality activities.
• Develop and Improve Company Quality processes and tools
• Promote Quality culture
• Promoting Quality Culture through Campaigns / trainings

• Provide quality advice and support to the Organization

•            Perform assurance activities
-       Lead and/or conduct internal and external verifications/audits and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are identified and effectively implemented.

• Take part in incident investigations.

•            Reporting
-       Assist in monitoring and reporting quality performance throughout the Product Lifecycle.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline, with a focus on quality management or relevant field.
IRCA 9001 Lead Auditor.
Tap Root Lead investigator.
