As project E-squad Lead you are responsible for organizing the allocation of resources based on workload and in agreement with Project Controls & Resources Manager anf Area OR Managers. You also coordinate and participate into Department intiatives related to various subjects in order to improve efficiency of R3 processes and ways of working.
Role Responsibilities
• work together with R3 Project Controls Manager and Workload Planner on E-Squad resource allocation.
• Support daily activities related for E-squad population.
• Monitor recoverability and investigate on potential scopes for this team requirements.
• Work as a transverse position, not allocated to a dedicated project.
• Support Area ORMs on daily tasks depending on workload
• Support on-going initiatives such as (but not limited to):
- Spares improvement process action plan
- Manhours tracking by scope
- CMMS quality
- Start Up GEMS
- OR deliverables optimization (progress on Generic documentation approach)
• Maintain and develop the 3-year plan. You are the owner of this plan.
• Support and chase R3 Managers to achieve their own initiatives.
• Take an active role on some initiatives that will be directly allocated to you.
• Ensure initiatives completed are successfully implemented on on-going and future projects.
• Report on a regular basis progress, achievement and challenges for all R3 initiatives.
Education
• University degree, BSc or MSc in relevant engineering field.
Experience
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in FPSOs business, with basic understanding of FPSO Operations and Maintenance.
• Experience with driving changes and transformation, ability to analyse current state, desired outcome and to develop a plan to achieve it.
• Experience with Company processes, methods and with organization of activities in complex work environment including different stakeholders with diverging objectives.
