Purpose

  • As Operability Production Hub Lead, your role as the Operability Hub Lead is to ensure that production systems are optimized for efficient operations and long-term sustainability for future assets. You play a key part in safeguarding the reliability and safety of future assets, ensuring they are fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • You lead the development and implementation of operability and maintainability requirements for future projects, focusing on production systems.
  • You collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure production systems are designed for easy maintenance and maximum uptime.
  • You ensure that all production-related design adheres to industry regulations, internal standards, promoting better operability and maintainability.
  • You engage with stakeholders across various departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on production goals and objectives.
  • You drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.
  • You mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive performance improvements across production operations.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or a related field).

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in operability, maintainability, and asset integrity within the Oil & Gas or Marine industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of marine systems, asset integrity principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
