Product Development Lead (S)

Purpose

• You lead the development of new product up to readiness for being implemented on a project, i.e. product developed can be proposed part of prospect (technical framing or/and bid stage) and executed.
• You may be assigned to more than one projects depending on stage of development, the size and complexity of the Project.

Responsibilities

• The Product Development lead has the overall responsibility to:
• Define the development plan together with GRS, technology and I &G
• Lead the assigned product development team in line with the plan
• Define and maintain the project organization, responsibilities, and accountabilities
• Ensure the team has the balance of skills and expertise required to deliver the Project.
• Manage communication and reporting across all internal Project members.
• Foster team work and cooperation within the Project and with stakeholders

Education

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Experience

• 10 years’ experience in offshore industry including a relevant experience as EPM
• Good technical knowledge of the company's products
• Construction, Operation, Installation, Supply Chain experiences would be a plus
