RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS:
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and hiring managers within your scope, providing strategic guidance and aligning recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior TA team members, supporting their development and helping to troubleshoot complex recruitment cases.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.
- Drive employer branding initiatives within your scope, aligning with corporate communications to ensure consistent external messaging.
- Lead or support global and regional TA projects, including process improvement, technology implementation, and change initiatives.
- Manage and expand talent pipelines for both recurrent and unique roles through various sourcing channels.
- Leverage internal and external recruitment sources effectively to generate market interest for our open positions, including marketing & communication initiatives and professional networks.
- Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to drive talent acquisition initiatives for trainee programs, ensuring a steady influx of emerging talent.
- Engage with suppliers/agencies for profile submissions, providing feedback on their performance.
- Lead the hiring process for assigned roles, collaborating with experts as necessary to enhance the pool of passive candidates.
- Assess the effectiveness of each recruitment source utilized, aiming for continuous improvement in our talent acquisition strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:
- University degree in Human Resources or similar relevant area.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, showcasing a solid understanding of the standard processes and legal requirements currently in place in the Netherlands, with an appreciation for diverse approaches and inclusive practices within the sector.
- Familiarity with the energy market is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and practices related to attracting, identifying, and selecting talent.
- Proficient in utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels for recruitment purposes.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
