Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the asset surveillance and intelligence center.
• Ensure digital products are deployed used.
• Be the main interface with the digital team for any tools related topics to ensure the team will be using the most efficient options.
• Create visibility on the value creation for the digital applications/tools deployed in country in terms of process safety, efficiency and availability.
• Contribute to the development of the digital surveillance management system and workflows.
• Develop operational intelligence by facilitating fleet wide optimizations and development/deployment of advanced analytics/predictive models.
• Recruit, establish and motivate the team with the right level of experience and skills for the digital transformation
• Present and promote the surveillance center to internal and external clients
• Support the performance optimizations strategic approach
• Liaise with technical discipline leads and authorities to get good inputs on bad actors prioritization.
