JOB RESPONSABILITIES
• Complete understanding of Clients Contracts.
• Ensure that contractual terms are met.
• Contractual risks analysis / mitigation during the contract lifetime: avoid / mitigate contract losses and identify business opportunities.
• Establish commercial strategies.
• Carry out commercial proposal elaboration and negotiation with clients.
• Carry out contractual disputes, including formal communication strategies support.
• Disputes communication through Letters / Reports / Meetings / Emails elaboration / support.
• Support all stakeholders based on Contracts definitions.
• Operational Daily Report evaluation.
• End month closing measurement.
• Management Reports / KPI (Brazil/Global).
• Support SBM and your Job Family / department to meet their strategic objectives in line with SBM’s Values.
• Support your assigned remit, which can be management, the (global/ local) Job Family / department and/or external stakeholders by pro-actively planning and completing the assigned activities, with accuracy and on-time deliverables.
• Apply and uphold SBM’s policies and procedures in support of the respective population with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, Law or related areas and a solid experience in related assignments.
• Good oral / written communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator, especially for FPSO charter contracts.
