Reports to the PMT Excellence Manager.

Implement requirements management under the 3 dimensions of people, process and tools within the turnkey segment, for Win and Execute covering:

• Needs and Requirements analysis
• Verification and validation
• Traceability and management of change
• Configuration and variant
• Data centric single source of truth

Provide expertise and senior experience on requirements management, guiding and coaching engineers, engaging with stakeholders.  

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to requirements management.

Contribute to the competency mapping and development of Project Engineers related to requirements management.

Be the day-to-day point of contact for ongoing support to the System Engineers adjusting the level of support and follow-up to the need.

Identify training offering (internal and external) for the system engineers and other members involved in requirements management.

Develop and maintain KPIs and predictive analytics aimed at managing the compliance to the requirement and implementing a project management approach to product compliance and assurance.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Master degree
• Certified Incose System Engineer, or equivalent, ESEP level (Expert SE Professional)
• Demonstrated successful experience as a Senior Systems Engineer on complex project in the industry (aerospace, aviation, naval), 10 y
• Proven experience in using a Requirements Management Software

• Interface successfully with stakeholders at different level, able to adapt message to the audience
• Hands-on with ability to zoom in and out of situation, plan and deliver per plan
• Proven capacities to manage priorities and solve conflicting needs
• Organized and analytics, data centric approach
• Conversant with digital interface and data analytics
• Able to work independently with weekly reporting and follow-up to the management
• International travel required for various period of time to various location
