Owner and Responsible of the Water Injection System - fleet wide

 

Liaise with: Production Stability Manager, Process Stability Team, Operability Hub Leads, Lessons Learned Lead, Regional Production & Technical Strategy Community, Technical Authorities and Experts, OIPOC Production Hub Lead, Asset Integrity teams worldwide, Supply Chain and Strategical Vendors, Sustainability Department, Production Superintendents, Maintenance Superintendent, Onboard ICSS specialists.

 

RESPONSABILITIES for the Water Injection System he/she is responsible

 

  • Understands the requirements for a performing system, owns KPIs and surveillance requirements.
  • Focal point for external stakeholders including technology, supply chain, maintenance, group, LL, OIPOC, all AI pillars, fleet.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of his/her system design for the existing fleet and new builds to make the fleet safer, more sustainability and more profitable.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of the Smart Operation Production Hub Roadmap boosting efficiency and uptime of the system/systems he/she is responsible for, through monitoring, surveillance and predictive technologies.
  • Define governance of production systems and operation strategies for the system/systems he/she is responsible for.
  • Ensure technical support is provided during WIN, EXECUTE, START-UP and OPERATE phase

 

MAIN TASKS For the Water Injection System he/she is responsible for:

 

  • Contribute to develop and update 3Y plans and budgets for the department.
  • Contribute to develop and sustain a production strategy community with the regions
  • For each unit in service define the boundaries of the systems he/she is charge.
  • Establish performance baselines and map performance improvements vs initiatives deployed on each unit.
  • Built up comprehensive and exhaustive Production System dashboard and KPIs to monitor performance, assess weakness & strengths, track key initiatives or OQs to improve system performance.
  • Define and drive initiatives to improve systems performance with respect to safety, sustainability, and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of new governances or update existing ones to improve performance.
  • Develop production and operation strategies for the system/systems she/he is in charge.
  • Implement and nourish a learning culture within the department and the community
  • Develop relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Guide the OIPOC Production Hub Coordinator with priorities and support the deployment of new apps and new ways of working.
  • Lead pilot projects/initiatives for implementing systems engineering approach in shore bases, offshore and in our designs.
  • Conduct audits of system and mobilize offshore as necessary
  • Participate to HAZOP and HAZID
  • Be an advocate for system engineer thinking in the company and liaise with other technical departments in the company on the subject.
  • Liaise with Ops readiness, Supply chain, Discipline leads and OEMs to ensure key OEMs Health care contracts are defined and in place prior to start-up.
  • Liaise with Ops readiness, Supply chain, Discipline leads and OEMs to ensure Digital services part of key OEMs healthcare contracts (Remote Monitoring) are operational prior to start-up.

 

Job requirements

School/studies/degree:

  • Process Engineer or Rotating Equipment Engineer

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years in Oil and Gas Industry
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Operation and in relation with the system he will lead.
  • Field Experience is required
  • FPSO experience is required

 

Specific skills / expertise / product:

  • Able to bring a global understanding of a system
  • Be an expert in the system he will lead
  • Have experience with engineering, commissioning and operation activities.
